Votes for Schools

What is Votes for Schools?

Votes for schools is a platform in which children discuss a topic or issue and vote

Why are we using Votes for Schools?

It is an effective tool for delivering SMSC (Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural) development and supports British Values, Prevent, PSHE and Citizenship through whole class discussion.

How does it work?

A weekly VotePack in Powerpoint format is presented to the children each week. Children discuss the topic and the materials within the PowerPoint and then vote at the end of the week. The results of that vote are shared with the children the following week so the children can see how other children across the country have voted.
